Bristol Brigand VS859

 

Crashed at South Johol Estate near Dangi, Negeri Sembilan in 15 February 1951.

The plane reported to base that they encountered problem on a strike mission to bombed terrorist camp but it hit rubber trees and crashed in flames.

2 crews were killed instantly and their remains were recovered and buried at Seremban Cemetery, Negeri Sembilan.

Sergeant Ellis was taken from another Brigand VS838 crews which earlier crashed in Cameron Highland in 11 January 1951.
